Welcome
The Experiment Station exists to develop technology which will enhance the efficiency of agricultural, forest and ornamental industries, improve the quality of rural life, and conserve our rural environmental resources of soil, water, air, and wildlife.
We accomplish this mission by active research programs conducted by approximately 130 faculty members on the Institute of Agriculture Campus and in two departments in the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences. In addition to the campus-based programs, we utilize eleven field laboratories called Research and Education Centers located in the various physiographic regions of the state.
You can learn more about us and our programs by visiting the Web sites of our affiliated departments and research and education centers .
